Delete your Loan Connect account

Loan Connect is an Android app run by Tarini Networks Private Limited. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information linked to it at any time, even if you've already uninstalled the app.

How to request deletion

1. In the app: open Loan Connect, go to your profile and choose Delete account.
2. By email, without the app: write to support@loanconnectapp.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from, or mentioning, the mobile number registered with your account.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we act on the request. We process valid requests within 7 working days of verification. Deleted account data cannot be restored.

What gets deleted

• Your Loan Connect account and profile details (name, contact details, date of birth, PAN, employment and income).
• Copies held by service providers acting for us, where applicable.

What we may keep, and for how long

• Consent, referral, complaint and accounting records, only where a law or regulation requires us to keep them, and only until that requirement ends.
• Security logs, kept in India for the period required by law (currently 180 days).
• Copies in restricted backups, removed through the regular backup cycle. They are not used for matching or marketing.

Good to know

• Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account.
• Deleting your Loan Connect account doesn't cancel a loan or a lender application, erase the lender's records or end any repayment you owe. For the lender's records, contact the lender directly.
